M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence is a 2- year long postgraduate programme divided into 4 semesters, spread over 6 months each. The goal of this curriculum is to acquaint enrolled students with the science and engineering behind programming computers to carry out tasks that would typically need human intelligence. It is a branch of Computer Science that aims to develop intelligent computer machines. This program focuses on building a broad grasp upon foundations in Computer Science, deep understanding of the various areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Intelligence ,  innovative ability to solve new problems, and the capacity to learn continually and interact with trans-disciplinary groups

The eligibility for admission to M Sc Artificial Intelligence programme offered by Mahatma Gandhi University is a B.Sc. Degree with Computer Science /Information Technology/ Electronics/ Computer Applications / Cyber Forensics or BCA or B.Tech Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics or B Sc Degree in Mathematics / Physics / Statistics with Computer Science /Computer Applications as subsidiary/complementary or an equivalent degree from a recognized university, with not less than 55% marks.

4. The Username (Registered Email-id) and Password should be noted down for all the future references of your application.

CHECKLIST

1. A recent Passport size (35mm x 45mm) photograph should be uploaded. Image should be in jpeg format with file size less than 1 Mb. Selfies are not accepted.
2. Softcopy of the Signature. File size should be less than 1Mb.
3. Softcopy of the Mark lists of 10th, 12th and Degree in pdf format.

• Final submission is possible, only when the degree marks are entered. (i.e. after the results are published).
• Once the “final submission” is done, no further editing is possible. After successful submission of your application, you may download it from “Download” option on the applicant dashboard.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

1. Admission will be based on Merit (UG marks + Interview) and Eligibility criteria.
2. The time and date of the online interview will be intimated on the previous day of the interview.
3. The interview will be conducted on ‘Google Meet’ platform.
4. The scheduled date, time of the interview and the interview link will be sent to the registered email-id provided.
5. The selected candidates will be intimated personally via E-mail.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

*** As per the university norms it is mandatory for a student to register in the University CAP portal, once it opens, even if he/she has secured admission in the Management Quota.

The institution owns the right to reject an application that is incomplete or incorrect. Please be aware that the ignorance of application guidelines will not be accepted as an excuse. The candidates are directed to fill in all the details including the marks of the qualifying examination.

Fee for the online application form is Rs. 600/- . You can pay the Non-Refundable application fee for the preferred programme through online Payment Gateway option. For proceeding with Online Payment, Candidates should have a valid Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking facility. The college authorities will not be held accountable for the technical discrepancies (Errors, Failures, Unsuccessful or Repeated transactions) in online fee payment.
