  7. Driving dynamic quality improvements within higher education institutions.
  8. Compiling and submitting Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQARs).
  9. Facilitating institutional strategic planning forums.
  10. Coordinating feedback mechanisms from students, parents, and stakeholders to improve institutional processes.
