Placement Cell Report for Academic Year 2024–25
The Placement Cell of Rajagiri College of Management and Applied Sciences (RCMAS) successfully concluded another fruitful placement season for the academic year 2024–25. This year, 157 students received placement offers from a total of 296 registered candidates, achieving an overall placement rate of 53%.
A wide range of reputed organizations from sectors such as IT, Banking & Finance, FMCG, Retail, Media, and Consulting participated in the campus recruitment drive. Prominent recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, EY, South Indian Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Life, KPMG, Byju’s, Nest Group, Reliance Retail, and Infosys, among others.
RCMAS continues to stand out for its industry-driven training programs, career mentoring, and holistic development initiatives, ensuring students are equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in the professional world.

Activities of the Cell
The Placement Cell organized a series of enrichment programs, workshops, and seminars aimed at enhancing students’ employability, leadership, and global career readiness. Notable initiatives included:
- Leadership Entrepreneurship Enrichment Program (LEEP) in collaboration with EY Global Delivery Services, focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship, and AI integration in business.
- International Seminar on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Hospitality with Ulster University (UK), exploring sustainability and employability in the hospitality industry.
- Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) sessions for BCA students in partnership with Career Launcher, emphasizing aptitude, communication, and interview skills.
- Bootcamp Series on Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profiling, and Job Interview Strategies led by industry professionals including NMIMS Bangalore and Amity Global Business School.
- Career Guidance Workshops such as ‘Exploring Career Prospects in Public and Private Sectors’ and ‘Career Clarity: Defining Goals and Aspirations,’ offering personalized mentoring and goal-setting support.
- Global Career Insights Seminar titled ‘Shaping Tomorrow,’ which equipped over 350 students with insights into emerging international job markets.
- Launch of Coaching for PSC, UPSC, and Bank Exams to guide students preparing for competitive government examinations.
