Art with a Purpose: An Eco-Friendly Installation by Animation and Graphic Design Students
To mark World Environment Day, the Animation and Graphic Design students created a meaningful art installation inspired by the theme “Reduce Plastic, Heal the Earth.” using natural and biodegradable materials like dried leaves, twigs, and fallen branches. What made it truly special was that all the materials were collected from the college campus—turning waste into wonder.
The artwork showed the beauty of nature side by side with the damage caused by plastic pollution. By using only eco-friendly and discarded materials, the students shared a strong message: it’s time to say no to plastic and return to nature.
This creative effort wasn’t just art—it was a reminder that even small actions, like reusing what we already have, can help protect our planet. Simple, thoughtful, and powerful—just like the message it carried.
