The Four-Year B.A. English Honours programme is an undergraduate degree framework introduced under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in India. It replaces the traditional three-year degree structure with a more flexible, multidisciplinary and research-oriented curriculum. The programme is designed to produce graduates with deep disciplinary expertise in English language and literature alongside broad humanistic and professional competencies.
