Submission Guidelines

RJIMR publishes original and high-quality research papers, review articles, case studies and conceptual papers in multidisciplinary areas including Management, Commerce, Social Work, Computer Science, Animation and Graphic Design, Media Studies, Humanities, Education, Sciences and allied disciplines. Submissions must contribute to academic knowledge, innovation and social relevance.

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal accepts the following categories:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Papers
• Case Studies
• Conceptual / Theoretical Papers

Originality and Ethics

• Manuscripts must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.
• All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and AI-generated content.
• Similarity index should not exceed 15% (excluding references).
• Authors must adhere to ethical research practices and proper citation norms.

Manuscript Preparation

Language

• Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.

• Research Articles: 4,000–6,000 words
• Review Papers: 5,000–7,000 words
• Case Studies: 3,000–4,500 words

Formatting

• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 12 pt (Main Text), 14 pt (Headings)
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides
• Alignment: Justified

Structure of the Manuscript

Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:

• Title Page
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (4–6 words)
• Introduction
• Review of Literature
• Objectives / Research Questions
• Methodology
• Results / Findings
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• References
• Appendices (if any)

Referencing Style

• Authors must follow APA (7th Edition) referencing style.
• All in-text citations must match the reference list.

Tables, Figures and Illustrations

• Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively.
• Provide clear titles and sources.
• Images must be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
• Authors are responsible for obtaining copyright permissions.

Authors must submit manuscripts in MS Word format (.doc/.docx) through:

Each submission must include:

• Cover Letter
• Manuscript File (with and without author details for blind review)
• Plagiarism Report (optional but preferred)

Peer Review Process

• RJIMR follows a double-blind peer-review system.
• Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two subject experts.
• The editorial decision will be: Accept / Revise / Reject.
• Review duration: 4–6 weeks (approx.)

Copyright and Licensing

• Authors retain copyright of their work.
• RJIMR reserves the right to publish accepted articles in print and online formats.
• Proper acknowledgment must be given for any reproduced material.

Publication Charges

• Currently, no processing or publication charges are levied.

Proofreading and Final Submission

• Authors must proofread the final manuscript carefully.
• Only minor corrections will be permitted at the proof stage.
